Where can I print at RDP, and what does it cost?
Answer
Printers are available in the Library for RDP students, faculty, and staff, as well as patrons with an RDP Library Community membership. Printing can also be done through RDP's Print Centre.
Library Printers
When you are printing your document, select the followmequeue printer.
Log in to either of the two Library printers (both located near the computer work stations) using the touch screen and keyboard on the front of the printer:
- For RDP Students, Faculty, and Staff, log in using your RDP username and password.
- For Community Patrons, log in using your Library computer login.
Once you have logged in, select the Print Release option on the touch screen. This will show a list of all documents that you have sent to the printer. Select the documents that you would like to print and select Print.
The cost of the print job will be deducted from your iCard.
TIP: The Print Release screen will also give you the option to Force 2-Sided (to force your document from one-sided to two-sided) or Force Greyscale (to force a coloured document to print in black and white).

NOTE: You will need to load money onto your account at the Library Desk or at the Fees Office prior to printing.

Printing from Your Own Device
You can connect your personal device to the printers in the Library. Once your device has been connected, you can print to the followmequeue printer, as above.
